ARRIVAL TIME POLICY
To maximise enjoyment we advise arrival time 10minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to check in, fill out or update your personal profile and start to unwind and relax.
ARRIVING LATE POLICY
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service, If you arrive late for your appointment please understand that your treatment will finish on time, that we have reserved for you so that the next client will not be inconvenienced.
RESERVATIONS
To ensure availability of preferred treatments, dates, time and therapist, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments well in advance, to avoid disappointment as most popular time slots book up quickly and are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The treatments you select are reserved for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule but we kindly ask for 24hours notice as a courtesy to our therapists and wait-listed clients. If not given 24 hours notice or you do not show to your appointment you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
PLEASE NOTE
Though we love children please do not bring young children and babies as this can be unsafe and disruptive to those who are paying for a relaxing experience. For some this is the ONLY time they get to unwind and relax.
